Products from the Québec terroir
All of the dishes are concocted using local Québec products, mainly from the region. Served in a multitude of recipes, rabbit and duck are delicious in a warm liver and kidney salad, or as rillettes, magret, cassoulet, or pie. Our fixed menu features traditional dishes made from rabbit and duck meat. And our terrines, confit, and magret are sure to appeal to discerning gourmets.
Aside from rabbit, you may be tempted by our famous cheese fondue and our French onion soup. And our desserts, including our maple syrup crème brûlée, are truly delicious.

Crêperie et Cie 5.0 offers sweet and savory crêpes and waffles cooked on site, with your choice of toppings. The varied menu has something for every taste, from salmon crêpes, breakfast crêpes, caramel and fleur de sel crêpes, or crêpes topped with seasonal fruits (including strawberries from Île d'Orléans in summer!), as well as maple butter waffles or maple sugar waffles. The business deals with local suppliers wherever possible. Its maple syrup is sourced from Érablière Brien in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle, while its iced fruit pops come from Lapop de Montréal, and its coffee from Torréfactorie. Assorted hot and cold beverages are also available, as well as gourmet sandwiches, and comforting soups in winter.
