The Coopérative du Quartier Petit Champlain is proud to invite the artisan and/or independent trader to express their interest in occupying and operating a 587-square-foot commercial space (local description sheet available, upon request).

The artisan and/or retailer offers authentic, original, distinctive and high-quality products where Quebec products are given importance. Proposals must qualify in one of the following business lines; Decorative Art – Entertainment – Service – Body Care – Clothing and Accessories.

The Quartier offers incredible visibility that will allow you to radiate locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. In addition, the advantages of the Coopérative du Quartier Petit Champlain are many: support for the promotion of your business, solidarity between members, advantageous rental conditions, etc.

A presentation of the operating framework will be offered upon request.
